If you see a message "Unknown Sources not allowed" on Android, go to Settings → Apps → Special Access → Install Unknown Apps, find your browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.), and toggle the permission on. Some Android devices sold in specific regions have stricter default settings — this step unlocks the ability to install the APK. On iOS, if Safari shows a blank page, close the browser entirely (swipe up from the home screen to clear it) and reopen Safari, or try Chrome instead. If the app launches but asks you to log in repeatedly, clear your browser cache and cookies: Android users can do this in Settings → Apps → [Browser Name] → Storage, then tap Clear Cache. iOS users can do this in Safari → Settings → Clear History and Website Data. If you still see issues, contact our support team with your device model and the error message you received.

The app requests permission to access your camera and photo library only if you choose to upload ID documents or proof of address during KYC verification — these are optional until your first withdrawal.
